Pumpkin Bars.....submitted by Beverly

2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
2 cups pumpkin (one small can)
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour

Bake on greased large jelly roll pan or spray with Pam. 350° 20 - 25 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
